January 2018: We are proud to announce that our magnums are now available in the Parisian restaurants of Alain Ducasse who has purchased 100 magnums of Orto di Venezia to serve by the glass. See the list of these restaurants here ->>
Magnums of ORTO 2011 are now available. These bottles have been aged underwater in the lagoon, a natural cellar with little light and no sudden temperature changes. We sunk a traditionsal barge, a Sandolo, containing the magnum of wine. The magnums are a limited edition: only 360.
